How can we help?

Established in 1965, TI Metal Forming is a pioneer and leader in precision value added sheet metal formed components. TIMF Railways manufactures and supplies roll formed sections for wagons and coaches apart from sub-assemblies of sidewalls, end-walls and roof.
It has manufacturing locations at Chennai (Kakkalur) and Laksar, Uttarkhand. The plants are strategically positioned closer to the OEM customers to enable timely deliveries. Also these plants are certified with quality, environmental, safety systems such as IATF, OHSAS with relevance to the business requirements.

At our company, we are committed to delivering industry-leading manufacturing solutions through our expertise in cold roll forming, high-precision laser cutting, and precision welding. These advanced technologies empower us to create superior railway products that meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and performance.

Our production process for railway components includes a wide array of products such as train coach sets, side walls, underframes, roofs, and various sub-assemblies for metro trains. Each component we manufacture is meticulously designed and fabricated to ensure seamless integration, longevity, and resilience, meeting the demanding requirements of modern rail systems. Our state-of-the-art facilities and skilled workforce allow us to tailor solutions to the specific needs of our clients, whether they require standardized or customized components for their railway projects.

Beyond our core focus on railway systems, we have successfully diversified into producing heavy fabricated parts for various industries. These include transformers, which are vital for energy distribution and industrial applications, as well as construction compartment panels that are used in building infrastructure projects. Our cargo load bodies are engineered for heavy-duty transportation, ensuring maximum strength and capacity for logistics and freight sectors, while our gearbox casings are designed with precision to support mechanical efficiency in various industries, including automotive and industrial machinery.

By leveraging our advanced fabrication techniques and extensive industry experience, we are able to provide our clients with reliable, high-quality products that contribute to the success of their operations. Whether in transportation, construction, or industrial sectors, our comprehensive range of services and products showcases our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
